Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery.
To be eligible:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

You must provide your order number and proof of purchase.

The product must match the condition you received it in.

Return shipping fees are covered by the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used candles

Custom-made or personalized items

Concrete décor damaged due to misuse

Sale items or promotional products
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or wrong:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Send photos/videos of the issue.

We will replace the product free of charge.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item:

Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your return is not approved, we will contact you with details.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for items of equal value if stock is available.
If not, you may receive a refund or store credit.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
