Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting Beirut Blends, your local handmade brand for candles, concrete décor, soaps, and gifts crafted with love in Beirut. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are packed and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

Every order is handmade, packed and prepared with care.

Processing time:

  • 1–3 business days for ready-made products

  • 3–7 business days for customized or made-to-order items

(Example: custom concrete colors, personalized candle labels, or special gift sets may require extra time.)

You will receive an order confirmation and a notification once your order is shipped.

2. Local Shipping (Lebanon)

All Lebanese Areas

  • Delivery time: 3–5 business days

  • Delivery fee: shown at checkout

Delays may occur due to weather, weekends, holidays, or courier load.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available across Lebanon.

Please ensure you have the exact amount ready upon delivery.
If the courier attempts delivery and cannot reach you, a redelivery fee may apply.

4. International Shipping

Beirut Blends currently does not offer international shipping.
We only ship within Lebanon due to the nature of handmade goods and high courier costs.

5. Order Tracking

After dispatch, you may receive:

  • A tracking link, or

  • A WhatsApp/SMS notification from the courier

Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear.

6. Packaging & Breakable Items

All Beirut Blends products are packaged carefully using:

  • Bubble wrap

  • Thick carton boxes

However, if your order arrives damaged, please send us photos within 24 hours so we can help.

7. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Returned shipments due to missing building/floor numbers

  • Wrong phone numbers

If an order is returned to us, the customer may cover reshipping fees.

8. Delays

Courier delays may occur due to:

  • Weather

  • Traffic/road closures

  • National holidays

  • High order volume

We will always follow up with the courier on your behalf.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives:

Damaged

Contact us within 24 hours with photos/videos.
We will assess the situation and provide a replacement if eligible.

Not Delivered / Lost

We will coordinate with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
